RSPI Has Now a New Home

After 25 years of helping alleviate poverty in Luzon, the Lord God Almighty has blessed RSPI with a place we now call home. The company has  purchased a two-storey building that now houses the Head Office and all support departments.  The new place is located at #11 Leonard wood Road, Teachers Camp, Baguio City.

 

 


 

Bible Distribution

Bibles are continuously being distributed to clients in every branch of RSPI. These bibles are freely being given to clients which they can use for their personal spiritual development or in any bible studies being conducted in their center. Bibles being distributed are in the New International Version (NIV) translated in English, Tagalog and Ilokano version. This project is part of the spiritual transformation program of RSPI.


 

Knowledge Development Program (KDP) - 2nd and 3rd Batch

The scholarship program of RSPI continuous to select deserving students who would be given the chance to finish college. The 2nd and 3rd batch of KDP scholars have been chosen by the company. These students are now enrolled in their respective local universities. All of them continue to maintain good grades.


 

Adopt-a-Barangay Program – Barangay Dewey, Pangasinan

As the support for Gadang, Kapangan, Benguet has ended, another barangay with the same highest poverty incidence report has been adopted by RSPI. Barangay Dewey is an island located in Bolinao, Pangasinan. The Board of Trustees headed by Mr. Henry Caluya, Chairman of the Board with 2 of the Board members Mr. Benigno Andam and Mr. Galo Weygan Jr. conducted an interview to the barangay officials regarding on the needs of the community so that possible projects may be implemented.


 

Trainings and Seminars

 

  • Labor Law Training - Staff

RSPI continues to equip and empower its staff with trainings and seminars. One of the trainings given was entitled “LABOR LAWS”. The resource speaker during this event is the legal adviser of the company, Atty. Judith Martinez-Eustaqiuo. Atty. Eustaquio shared her years of experience with regards to legal matters and procedures and what must be done in handling and serving complaints.

 

  • MIS-Systems Training - Staff

RSPI launched a training that would educate the Branch Managers on how to use the operations system purchased from FORCE TEN. BM’s were educated on how to use the system and how to analyze financial reports being generated by the system. The training was facilitated by the MIS Department.

 

  • Financial Literacy Training – Staff and Clients

RSPI launched its 3rd wave of seminar-training for its clients entitled “FINANCIAL LITERACY”. This was developed by the Transformation Department to help clients understand and apply financial literacy in managing their businesses, adopt a savings plan, understand the basics of investment and prepare a simple budget plan.

 

  • Lead to Last and Today Matters – Staff and Clients

RSPI continues to train clients from newly opened branches about leadership and self-development through the seminar-trainings given to them. Clients need to undergo the phase 1 of the clients training which is entitled LEAD TO LAST before they move to the 2nd phase which is TODAY MATTERS.
