Requirements
- Photocopy or certified true copy of land title / tax declaration which is free from any encumbrance. For tenants who cannot provide a photocopy of land title / tax declaration, loan amount is limited to Php 10,000.00 per hectare but not more than Php25,000 for new clients
- Barangay certificate or Municipal Agriculture Office certificate indicating land area
- Certificate of Tenancy indicating land area (for tenants only)
- Deed of assignment of harvest (signed by the client and spouse or client and parent)
- Certificate of non-tax delinquency
- Original Barangay clearance for the current year with dry seal
- At least 2 pictures with different angles of the land prepared for planting or land newly planted
- 4 copies of 1.5 x 1.5 colored ID picture
Co-makers
- Original Barangay clearance for the current year with dry seal
- 2 co-makers for more than Php25,000 loan and 1 co-maker only for a loan of Php25,000 and below.
- Co-makers are either employed or engaged in business and are not RPMI clients
- Co-makers should not be within 1st degree of consanguinity (parents and children)\
- Employment certificate and employment ID are required for co-makers who are employed, for co-makers engaged in business, a photocopy of the business permit
- 1 copy of 1.5 x 1.5 colored ID picture
